I know pain comes back in ways you wish it wouldn’t.
I know this time it feels like, enough is enough, you can’t go through this anymore.

Sing about your pain
Dance about your pain
Shout about your pain
Cry about your pain
Run about your pain
Walk about your pain
Do something to release your pain.
Healthy, no harmful, hurtful ways.
Hold on a little longer, until the intensity goes, peace comes in & you start feeling something new
Because you will.
